Before the Workshop
Every group has different needs when it comes to negotiation training; I customize my workshops to meet those needs. Before the training, I will consult with your appointed representative(s) to learn about your organization’s culture, language, people, and goals in order to provide a tailored curriculum.
Full–day or Part–day Workshops
My workshops focus on the primary principles of interest-based negotiation and any additional curricula specific to your group’s needs. During our training, I engage in real-world demonstrations and assign role play scenarios to give participants hands-on practice.
Follow-up
It’s often helpful to follow up a workshop with one-on-one coaching, additional live demonstrations, or take-home projects so participants can practice and get more feedback.
