What I Offer: Mediation

I’m a certified mediator, trained in facilitative mediation. This style of mediation is a structured process designed to equalize participation by each party.

I assist parties in reaching a mutually agreeable resolution by listening, asking questions, validating and normalizing parties’ points of view, searching for interests underneath the positions taken by parties, and assisting parties in finding and analyzing options for resolution.
