Meet April

I’m a negotiator, trainer, coach, and speaker with a focus on women’s economic empowerment. After years as a professor in the MBA program at Mills College in Oakland, CA, I found that what I enjoy most is training and coaching women and men to become better and more confident negotiators. I’m also certified as a mediator.

I earned my PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, my MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and my BA from Princeton University. My mediation certification is from SEEDS in Berkeley, CA.
